Ingredients |
100g ham, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
150g grated tasty cheese
42g white self-raising flour
3 eggs
312ml milk

Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease
a 1litre capacity pie dish.

Combine ham, onion, cheese, flour in a medium bowl. Season
with salt and pepper. Scatter over base of dish

Whisk eggs and milk together
in a large jug and pour over ham mixture. Cook for about
35 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool slightly.
Serve warm or cold.
