Ingredients |
150g mixed red fruit
250g quark
1 egg whites
20g icing sugar
1 pinch salt
|
Whip the egg whites to stiff
peaks with a pinch of salt
Whip the quark with the sugar,
then add the whipped egg whites
Divide the mixture between
glasses
Wash , rinse and dry the
fruits and decorate the glasses with the fruit on top.
Serve cold
