Ingredients

750 ml chicken stock
50g rice or orzo
1 skinless cooked chicken breast, shredded
50g frozen peas, defrosted
small handful chopped parsley

  1. Heat the chicken stock in the pan, then add the rice or pasta and cook until just tender (about 8 mins).

  2. Add the chicken and peas and cook for a couple of minutes more until heated through

  3. Season, stir through the parsley and serve, possibly with bread or toast
